The agency conducts three fund raising events each year:
BOWL FOR KIDS SAKE- Will be held in April this year. The Community Day Bowlers will participate on special days during April! We hold five Community Day events; one in Chillicothe, Circleville, Washington Court House, Portsmouth and in Hillsboro. Bowlers are required to raise $50 in sponsors in order to bowl and teams consist of 5 bowlers.
2013 Event Dates:
April 7 - Chillicothe
April 14 - Circleville
April 21 - Washington Court House
April 28 - Hillsboro
It is a fun time!! The bowlers get to bowl 2 free games with bowling shoes included. We provide 2 free soft drinks, food, and fantastic door prizes are given throughout each event.See below to download our sponsorsheet and information sheet. ANNUAL CAMPAIGN- This is held in December in all of our counties. The agency sends an annual appeal letter to local individuals in hopes that they will consider making a contribution to the agency.GOLF TOURNAMENT: We have successfully completed three Golf Tournaments and sold out with 36 teams in 2011.
We hold the event at the Jaycees Golf Course in Chillicothe.
2013 Annual Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, June 22.
